September & October Update
I took off three weeks to finish the book, from the last week of August through the second week of September! But then, life happened...again.
A few days before my writing leave began, my wife had incredible pains in her midsection and couldn't even make it through a day of work. After a handful of emergency visits to her doctor and a trip to the hospital's emergency room (sent by her Dr.) she was scheduled for surgery. This meant she wouldn't be working from August through November. She had her surgery yesterday.
The good news is she got through it with no complications! She's now resting comfortably while champing at the bit to get up and do all her normal things. But she can't. I am taking another week off to take care of her so she can heal a little before taking on the world. Another bright side to this is that she can work on her side-hustle business, an online apothecary of potions, lotions, and notions. (http://www.ApothecaryLeChat.com)
The bad news is that I was a bit more than a little distracted from writing. I am so sorry, folks. It's the last week of September and I still haven't completed book 4 yet, and my anxiety is off the charts about it! But now that I know my wife is safe, I shall put my back into, my nose to the grindstone, and get my groove back. I will aim for a 6 week finish line from Sunday the 29th. This should allow you to get your orders well before the winter holidays.
Again, I apologize and am working as hard as possible to deliver as promised, just a bit later. It's been a challenging year, but these challenges have built character. And by character, I mean it has improved how the characters in The Traveller's Inn have come out.
Thank you all for your patience,
Travis I. Sivart
